hey, thanks!! i just discovered your chocolate at people's co-op, and i must say thank you, it's fantastic. honestly, from my experience, it's rare to find a product that is fair traded, organic, etc.. and also tastes amazing. i don't buy chocolate often, but when i do it's usually something nice, i really enjoy single varietals from folks like pralus, cuizel, coppeneur, valhrona, etc.. and so far your chocolate is right up there, in terms of flavour, texture, everything. Really impressed!!

Hello! My 15 year-old son and I just bought your raw chocolate at People's today, and we're in love! We're both raw foodists, and your chocolate is the first we've tasted that satisfied that pure, rich chocolate craving. Thanks for a most excellent addition to the raw marketplace.
 
  I just wanted to let you know that I found your chocolate at the Corvallis coop this weekend and was very excited. My daughter has multiple food allergies and I have been avoiding all dairy, soy, egg, peanuts, treenuts and a variety of other foods while breastfeeding her (over a year now). I have not yet found a chocolate from a nut free facility that is also dairy and soy free, and it has been greatly missed! I don't know why your product stuck out to me, it was a new product, and it looked like a possibility. After reading the labels, I bought the gogi berry bar. It is great! Quality chocolate is such a treat and your bars are right up there. I am thrilled to have chocolate in my diet once again, and to know that it is locally made, fair trade and allergen free makes it even better!.

  Although I’m not a fan of dark chocolate, and usually prefer milk chocolate, I have to say that I LOVE your products. I’m so impressed with what you’re doing. What a great sustainable business!
