Stone Carin: A new line of ROASTED chocolates we're proud to offer. There are some flavors inherint in cacao that we just cannot bring out in our raw chocolates. Daren loves to experiement and has been working with roasting some of our beans. Going along with our choice of sweeteners, we hope adding a line of roasted chocolate to the mix will satisfy those with food sensitivies who miss the roasted complexities. Since caramel reaches higher temperatures it made sense to pair them with roasted chocoalte. These soft caramels have been a hit with all who try them!
